<title>EXPRESSION OF Π CLASS GLUTATHIONE-S-TRANSFERASES IN MICE LIVER UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF PARACETAMOL TREATMENT AND THE RECOVERY OF Π GSTS TO μ CLASS GLUTATHIONE-S-TRANSFERASES WITH HYBANTHUS ENNEASPERMUS (L.) F. MUELL. TREATMENT </title>
<abstract>The present study was designed to investigate the expression of GSTs under the influence of paracetamol and  lessThan i greaterThan Hybanthus enneaspermus.  lessThan /i greaterThan Study with different substrates of glutathione-s-transferases were done to know the expression of GSTs. Along with this purification and isolation of GSTs were performed to know the expression of subunits of liver GSTs.Three subunits were found. Newly π GSTs were expressed upon treatment with paracetamol.In control liver µ GSTs are generally expressed. Hence the selected plant  lessThan i greaterThan Hybanthus enneaspermus  lessThan /i greaterThan showed the recovery of π into µ GSTs in the case of liver.</abstract>
