Both the extracts showed in-vitro phagocytic stimulation of, lysosomal enzyme and myeloperoxidase activity and nitric oxide in peritoneal mouse macrophages. In-vitro phagocytic index showed significant results and thus proving the need for confirmation through in-vivo studies.
