<title>In-Vitro Evaluation Of Novel Synthetic Compounds Against Fusarium Sacchari </title>
A total of seven Pyrazolones and Pyridines and three Schiff bases were evaluated lessThan i greaterThan in-vitro lessThan /i greaterThan against lessThan i greaterThan Fusarium sacchari lessThan /i greaterThan , the causative organism of wilt disease of sugarcane. The pyridine based compounds were found superior to pyrazolone compounds. Two compounds viz., 3-methyl-1-Phenyl-5-pyrazolone ( lessThan b greaterThan C5 lessThan /b greaterThan ) and 2-Benzyl Pyridine ( lessThan b greaterThan C10 lessThan /b greaterThan ) recorded significant anti-microbial activity against lessThan i greaterThan Fusarium sacchari in- vitro lessThan /i greaterThan .
