RFLP analysis of clinical mrsa isolates
Staphylococcus aureus is an important human pathogen in both nosocomial and community- acquired infections. Methicillin-resistant S. aureas (MRSA) has caused serious problems in many countries on account of its high degree of antimicrobial resistance . For the treatment of the super bug it is high time to use typing methods that specifies the origin of the organism as hospital acquried strains posses a specific gene pattern and treatment of this pathogen becomes more difficult when compared to normal isolates. So in this study 5 clinical MRSA isolates were got and RFLP pattern of both their chromosomal and plasmid DNA was performed. lessThan br / greaterThan
